Who is regulated
Lending is carried out by Salora Capital Limited, an RBI-registered NBFC (CIN U72900MH1999PLC122849) subject to regulatory supervision. AdvanceRupay, a brand of MD Finlabs Private Limited, operates as its Lending Service Provider under a written arrangement, in line with the RBI Digital Lending Directions — which require that disbursal and repayment flow directly between the borrower and the regulated entity, with no pass-through or pool account of an LSP.

Data protection
Personal data is handled in line with applicable Indian data protection law, including consent records, purpose limitation, retention limits and breach notification.
Reporting concerns
If you believe a regulatory requirement has not been met, raise it through grievance redressal. Unresolved matters can be escalated to the ombudsman after 30 days.
