How we hire

Roles are posted with what the work actually involves. Interviews are conducted by the people you would work with, and we tell you where you stand rather than leaving applications open indefinitely. We hire across engineering, risk, design, operations and customer support.

What we look for

Lending is a business where small errors compound into other people’s money and other people’s credit records. We look for care with detail, a willingness to say when something is wrong, and comfort working inside regulatory constraints rather than around them.

We never charge candidates

AdvanceRupay does not charge any fee at any stage of hiring — not for an interview, not for onboarding, not for training or equipment, and not through a third-party recruiter acting for us. Anyone asking you to pay to be considered is committing fraud. Report it to us and do not send money.

How do I know an offer is genuine?

Genuine communication comes from an advancerupay.com address and references a role you actually applied for. If you are unsure, contact us through the details on our contact page rather than replying to the message you received.

Do you hire for collections roles?

Where we do, conduct standards are part of the role rather than an afterthought: recovery contact follows the Fair Practice Code, and behaviour outside it is a matter for termination, not coaching.
