What we store on your device, and how to control it.
Required for the site and application journey to function: session identity, security tokens and fraud-prevention signals. These cannot be switched off without breaking the service.
Used in aggregate to understand which pages and journey steps people abandon, so we can fix them. Aggregated and not used to make decisions about individual applications.
Used to measure which campaigns bring applicants, and set only with your consent. Declining them does not affect your application or your offer.
Adjust your cookie choices in your browser settings, or through the consent banner. Clearing cookies mid-application may require you to sign in again.
Session cookies are discarded when you close the browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you clear them, and the ones we set for consent and fraud prevention are the longest-lived because they exist to remember a decision you already made. Clearing them resets those choices and you will be asked again.
Some cookies are set by the services we rely on rather than by us: our analytics provider and, where you have consented, our campaign measurement partners. We do not permit them to use what they collect on this site to build advertising profiles about you elsewhere.
No. Declining analytics or marketing cookies changes nothing about whether you can apply, what amount you are offered, or the rate you pay. Only the essential category affects the service, and only because the journey cannot hold your session without it.
Yes. Reopen the consent banner or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. Withdrawal applies from that point forward; it cannot retrospectively delete aggregate analytics already recorded, because those records are not linked back to you individually.
No. We do not operate cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share cookie data for third-party advertising.
No documentation, disbursal to your own bank account, and every charge disclosed in your Key Fact Statement before you accept.
