File it here, and it enters the grievance process with a stated response time.
Your name and registered mobile number, your loan ID, what happened and when, what outcome you want, and any earlier ticket number. Complete information shortens every timeline below.
You receive an acknowledgement immediately with a ticket number, our answer in writing within the stated period, and an escalation path if the answer does not resolve it.
If anyone contacting you about repayment has been abusive, called outside 8:00–19:00, contacted your family, employer or references to pressure you, or asked for payment in cash, report it here. These are breaches of our fair practices code and are investigated as disciplinary matters.
Give us your registered mobile number, the loan or application reference if you have one, what happened, and what outcome you want. Complaints that identify the account and the specific issue are resolved without a second round of questions; anonymous reports cannot be investigated against an account.
Every complaint is acknowledged with a ticket number and answered in writing at each level. If the first response does not resolve it, you may escalate to the next level, and finally to the Principal Nodal Officer. The stated response time for each level is published alongside the escalation path.
If we have not resolved your complaint within the period prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India, or you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may approach the RBI Ombudsman. The lender is Salora Capital Limited, an RBI-registered NBFC, and the Ombudsman scheme applies to it.
Yes, and we treat it as a priority category. Recovery contact must follow the Fair Practice Code: no calls outside permitted hours, no contact with people who are not on your loan, and no abusive or coercive behaviour. Tell us the date, time and number the call came from.

No documentation, disbursal to your own bank account, and every charge disclosed in your Key Fact Statement before you accept.
